What got you into acting?

I was introduced to the opportunity to act and audition for my first supporting role by a acting coach by the name of Victor Battle he is the founder of Hoopshots TV in Long Beach, Cali. I will never forget we were playing basketball at the La Fitness in Atlantic Station in Atlanta and he asked me if i have ever acted or done any commercials and from there we stayed in touch and he ended up giving me a opportunity to audition for a indy film that was being shot in Long Beach, Cali and that was my very first film

How has acting transformed your view of the world?

Acting for me is simular to how i view the world, it is all about perspective! I tend you go for roles that i always had an interest to become or something i would love to become and try out. Acting feels like me having fun and taking advantage of present moments and that is a great feeling for me it almost feels like a superpower lol

How do you give back to your community?

I offer one on one consultations for adults and kids who are looking to get into the acting industry and I also have a roledex of casting companies in major cities that cast for TV shows and major films.

What advice would you give to someone looking to get into acting?

To be intentional on why you are doing it, center yourself around individuals in the industry who have the same belief system as you and also never be afraid to say NO to something that doesnt align with you or where you want your career to go in the future.

What brings you the most joy?

Being about to inspire people that i know, that i don’t know and operating in my gift(s). Knowing that i am making my mark on earth with every encounter i make. My daughter also brings me joy
